摘要

Being the largest and most populated country in Latin America, Brazil represents the biggest education industry in the region. With a large middle class, booming economy, improving income levels and favorable regulatory regime, the country holds enormous potentials for the education sector. The country is striving hard for developing its education sector at the fundamental, high school and higher education levels. As a result, Brazil has become the world’s 5th largest education market.

According our new research report “Brazil Education Services Market Analysis”, Brazil has emerged as the most attractive and untapped education market in Latin America. The enrollments rates in higher education courses are very low and competition is cut throat. For instance, in the most competitive courses at the top public universities, there are 30-40 candidates striving for a seat in the freshman class. In some particular courses, this number reaches up to 200. Clearly, there is a need for the development of education infrastructure, and we anticipate that the annual higher education institution requirement will grow at a CAGR of over 33% during 2011-2013.

Our thorough analysis of the education sector has revealed that demand for quality education at affordable costs will boom in near future. The increasing number of student enrollments at the fundamental and high school levels will create enormous opportunities for both the public and private players to expand their infrastructure base and cut down education costs in the country. Besides, the report has identified that Brazil’s higher education sector offers considerable growth prospects for private players to get into the rapidly evolving higher education sector.

Our report is an outcome of extensive research and objective analysis of Brazil’s education industry. The report facilitates current industry trends and forecast for fundamental, high school and higher education, with focus on potential students’ enrollments and college requirements during 2011-2013. In addition, the segment wise regulatory environment analysis and key players description have been included to provide a balanced research outlook of the education industry.
